That Was Then, This Is Now

I just want to say loud that I'm really proud of Takanobu OKabe who successfully made come back to the memeber of Ski World Cup of this season.

I've been a big fan of him since 1994. Although he is not as popular as other athletes, I really like the way he challenges to the top.

I'm really looking forward to see his big jump in coming competition.

I think I did, sort of. Partly.

I was not able to reduce my weight but that is still acceptable.

Any way I think this is the time to think a resolution for 2009.

mmmmm, reduce weight for about 5kg and possibly to find a nice prince riding on a white horse.

There is one thing I cannot stand people's action in the workplace which is nail clipping.

Why people has to clip their nail in office? Why can't they do at home?

If it is once, I can understand. But those people do every week.

Both guys and ladies.

I really don't like the sound of nail clipping.

I went to Sapporo during the weekend to participate Sapporo Marathon 10k race.
I was soooo busy that I wasn't able to train myself very much but I did it!
My condition wasn't  good since I caught cold after I came back from San Francisco and also I had slight fever. However I forgot everything when I stood at the start line with beautiful weather and so many people. It took more than a hour to finish but I really enjoyed my run.





 

Bringing your own bottle is a trend for nowadays. To Starbucks, to your workplace or maybe to fineess club. I already have 4 bottles of my own. 2 are tunblers from Starbucks and others are from Montbell.

Last Monday when I went to Tokyu Hands, I found a sooooooooooooooooo cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute bottle which I couldn't leave there without it.

So I bought it. This is my fifth bottle. I'm goint to take them to my business trip from this Saturday.
