That Was Then, This Is Now

I attended one of the diversity seminar held at Nippon Keidanren, since I'm a
member of diversity team at my workplace. The main topic for this seminar was
"to support work life balance and give women more chance to play active
role".



Well it was a good experience for me to know how well other companies
(especially well known Japanese companies!!) are doing and at the same time, I get to know how far behind my company is.

 

These are the tools that I use at my office. Awesome!! Especially, a REALFORCE keyboard. I can't use other keyboard any more.

I went to Botanical gardens, Graduate school of Science, the University of Tokyo. So many plants and so huge, this place is so awesome. It was pitty that we weren't able to see the Green House since it was closed today.

I will definitely come back again soon.

7 girls got together and went to TOKYO DAIJINGU to wish for a good match. We thought we are the only people to come here but wrong. There were more than 40 people and was a queue for a pray. WOW. We drew a written fortune and also bought “omamori”.  My fortune was “daikichi” which says there is a sign of happiness. Mmm…sounds nice.

 

Then we moved to Shibuya to watch a movie, “Don't laugh at my romance”. Tickets were
sold out which I was bit surprised. Well, we have bought tickets in advance so we were lucky.

I don’t want to describe this movie as “bored” but couldn’t get the point. And the time is so long, it was more than 2 hours and there were many scenes which just show pictures. I would rate it with one star out of five!

 

It was almost 15min before landing to Narita Airport that I
realized I had a granny smith in my bag. Shoot. I had two choices. Either eat or
throw away in a rubbish bin before going though the custom.

So I decided to eat. I don’t know how the guy
sitting next to me feels　about but who cares. A granny smith was so juicy and bit
sour but I love this taste so much.
